DESCRIPTION:Union County will be hosting a NJ911 8-hour Tele-Communicators Course\, August 15\, 2022 from 8am to 4pm.\nA CIT Trained Dispatcher is the Critical Link between an Individual in Crisis and a Law Enforcement Response.\nStudents will learn:\nTheir Role in their CIT-NJ County Program\nDe-Escalation Techniques\nKnowledge of Mental Illness\nIdentifying Signs and Symptoms\nSelf-Care\nScenario Based Training.\nThere is a $100 fee per student.
